Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Rub salmon with canola oil and place in a 9x13-inch (22 x 33 cm) baking dish; sprinkle with dill, salt, pepper and onion powder. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.
In a food processor, combine dill, parsley, sour cream, mustard, honey, lemon juice and salt.
Top cooked salmon with mustard dill sauce. Serve.
