This honey mustard popcorn and pretzel snack mix is perfect for parties, watching the game, movie night, or for packing along on road trips. It’s crunchy, crispy, sweet, salty and highly addictive so you may want to make a double batch!
Preheat the oven to 250°F. Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, stir together the popcorn, pretzels, cereal, and peanuts.
In a small saucepan, combine the butter, honey, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, sriracha, mustard powder, garlic powder, onion powder, and salt. Heat over medium-low until melted and smooth. Pour over the popcorn mixture and toss to coat.
Divide the snack mix between the prepared baking sheets and bake until dry and fragrant, 30-35 minutes, rotating the pans halfway through baking time. Let the snacking mix cool to room temperature before serving. The mix will keep well in an airtight container for up to one week.
