Salmon Steaks with Mustard Dill Sauce

These quick and easy salmon steaks are topped with mustard dill sauce to make a delicious weeknight meal. The fresh flavours complement the salmon perfectly!

Ingredients
Salmon:
 4 - 6 oz (170 g) salmon steaks
 1 Tbsp canola oil
 ½ tsp fresh dill, minced
 ¼ tsp sea salt
 ¼ tsp black pepper
 ½ tsp onion powder
Sauce:
 3 Tbsp fresh dill, minced
 3 Tbsp fresh Italian parsley, minced
 ¼ cup nonfat sour cream or plain yogurt
 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard
 2 Tbsp liquid honey
 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
 ¼ tsp sea salt

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Rub salmon with canola oil and place in a 9x13-inch (22 x 33 cm) baking dish; sprinkle with dill, salt, pepper and onion powder. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes or until cooked through.

​​In a food processor, combine dill, parsley, sour cream, mustard, honey, lemon juice and salt.

Top cooked salmon with mustard dill sauce. Serve.
