The mustard in this recipe is added late in the cooking process to preserve the mustard flavour.
In large soup pot, brown ground beef, stirring occasionally. Add onion, garlic, carrots, green pepper, corn and celery. Cook mixture over medium heat for 10 minutes or until onions become translucent.
Add beef broth, tomatoes, beans, salt and pepper. Turn to low heat and simmer for 35 minutes.
Stir in prepared mustard and simmer for another 10 minutes.
