Mustard Dill Tzatziki

This creamy cucumber dip also makes a versatile, refreshing sauce to serve with your favourite fish.

Ingredients
 ¼ cup shredded seedless cucumber
 ½ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
 ¼ cup creamy dill mustard
 1 Tbsp chopped capers
 1 Tbsp grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

Place grated cucumber on a paper towel or cloth. Let rest to drain excess liquid.

In a small bowl combine yogurt, mustard, capers and Parmesan cheese.

Once liquid has drained from cucumber add to yogurt mixture. Mix well and serve.

Refrigerate for up to 5 days.
