Mustard Balsamic Vinaigrette on Spinach Salad

A trending vinegar, balsamic vinegar marries well with mustard to create this delicious, Mustard Balsamic Vinaigrette on Spinach salad.
3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp honey
1 Tbsp old-style prepare mustard
2 cups baby spinach
¼ cup halved cherry tomatoes
¼ cup chopped walnuts
¼ cup dried cranberries
1 egg, hardboiled and sliced
¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 chicken breast, grilled and sliced (optional)
Whisk together vinegar, oil, honey, mustard and garlic. Let stand.
In bowl, layer spinach, tomatoes, walnuts, cranberries and egg. Top with mozzarella (and chicken, if desired).
Drizzle dressing over salad just prior to serving.
