 2 tsp Dijon-style mustard
 2 Tbsp mayonnaise
 1 Tbsp plain yoghurt
 ½ clove garlic, minced
 ½ tsp freshly squeezed lemon juice
 1 Tbsp freshly squeezed orange juice
 salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
