Mom’s Multipurpose Mustard Dip

This savoury sauce makes a delicious addition to your salmon or trout.

Ingredients
 ½ cup light sour cream
 ¼ cup whole-grain or Dijon mustard
 1 tsp finely grated lemon zest
 1 tsp fresh lemon juice
 2 Tbsp white vinegar
 ¼ cup extra virgin olive oil

Instructions

In a bowl, whisk sour cream with mustard, lemon zest, lemon juice, vinegar and oil. Season with salt and pepper.

Refrigerate sauce until chilled, about 15 minutes.
