Easy Mustard Onion Focaccia Bread

This focaccia bread is so easy to make and tastes great too!

 4 Tbsp olive oil, divided into two portions
 1 prepared pizza dough
 ¼ cup prepared grainy mustard (with whole seed)
 ¼ cup sweet onion salad dressing
 1 ½ cups shredded marbled cheese
 2 large yellow cooking onions, thinly sliced
 2 Tbsp sliced black olives
 1 red bell pepper, diced

Preheat oven to 425°F


Coat 11 x 7 inch sheet pan with 2 Tbsp olive oil. Spread out pizza dough to fit sheet pan. Cover and let dough rest for 20 minutes.


Mix mustard and salad dressing with remaining 2 Tbsp of olive oil. Brush dressing mixture over top of dough. Top with cheese, onions, olives and pepper.


Bake until the focaccia is golden brown, about 20-25 minutes.


Remove from oven and transfer from pan to wire rack.


Cut into 8 wedges and serve warm.
