Delicious Chickpea Hummus

Chickpea hummus is easy to prepare and delightfully delicious. Serve with crackers, raw vegetables or bread for a very enjoyable snack.

Ingredients
 19 oz can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
 2 Tbsp tahini paste
 3 sprigs parsley
 ½ tsp cumin
 ½ tsp salt
 3 cloves garlic, peeled
 ½ cup olive oil
 2 heaping Tbsp whole grain Dijon mustard

Instructions

Add chickpeas, tahini paste, parsley, cumin, salt, garlic, oil and mustard to a food processor. Process on high until smooth.

Refrigerate for up to 1 week.

Serve with crackers, raw vegetables or bread.
