Creamy Mustard Dressing

This creamy mustard dressing can be served on a wedge of iceberg lettuce, or used as dressing for potato and pasta salads.

Ingredients
 2 Tbsp Dijon-style dark mustard
 ¼ cup dry white wine
 ½ cup olive oil
 ¼ cup half and half cream
 salt, to taste
 black pepper, to taste
 cayenne pepper, to taste

Whisk together mustard, wine, oil, cream, salt, black pepper and cayenne pepper until well combine.

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator up to 1 week.
