Apple Crisp with Mustard Streusel

Ingredients
Fruit:
 2 medium Granny Smith apples, cored and sliced
 1 tsp cinnamon
 2 Tbsp packed brown sugar
 1 Tbsp honey mustard
Topping
 ¼ cup quick oats
 2 Tbsp all purpose flour
 1 Tbsp packed brown sugar
 1 Tbsp yellow mustard seed
 2 Tbsp salt-free, non-hydrogenated softened margarine
 ½ tsp cinnamon

Preheat oven to 350°F. Spray 3 ramekins 4 1/8-inch x 2-1/4 inch with non-stick cooking spray.

In bowl, combine apples, cinnamon, sugar and honey mustard. Place equally into prepared ramekins.

In separate bowl, mix oats, flour, brown sugar, mustard seed, margarine and cinnamon until crumbly. Sprinkle over the apples.

Bake for 30 minutes or until apples are soft and top is golden brown. Serve hot or cold.
